How to Combine Multiple PNG Images Into One PDF

A folder full of PNG files is not always easy to send, review, or archive. Combining those files into one PDF turns a loose group of images into a single document with a clear page order. It is a useful format for image notes, project updates, and visual records.

Choose the complete set of images

Collect the PNG files you want to include before starting. Give them descriptive names if that helps you identify them, but remember that the final page order is controlled in the converter. You can add up to 50 images in one job.

Put the pages in the right sequence

After uploading, review the list and use the move controls to place the first page at the top. This small step prevents a common problem: a PDF that contains the correct images but tells the story in the wrong order.

Use one PDF for easier sharing

A combined PDF is simpler to attach to an email, place in a shared folder, or print as a packet. Recipients only need to open one file, and the pages stay together instead of being mixed with other downloads.
