Print PNG Images as a PDF Before You Share
When images are intended for printing, a PDF is usually easier to review and distribute than a group of PNG files. It gives you one print job, one page sequence, and a single document to keep as a record.
Prepare images for the page
Use images that are large enough for the print size you need. Check small text, diagrams, and edges at full size before conversion. A PDF preserves the source image; it cannot restore detail that was not in the PNG.
Make one printable document
Upload the PNG images and arrange them as pages. The resulting PDF can be opened in a standard viewer, where you can choose a printer, page range, copies, and other print settings.
Save a copy for later
Keeping the final PDF gives you a repeatable version of the print job. If you need to change the content, update the original PNG images and create a new PDF rather than editing a printed copy.
