Turn Scanned PNG Files Into a PDF Document
Many scanners and mobile scanning apps save pages as PNG images. That is useful for image quality, but a multi-page form or record is easier to manage as one PDF. Combining the scans also helps preserve the intended reading order.
Check each scan first
Make sure every page is upright, readable, and complete. If a scan is crooked or includes unnecessary background, fix it before conversion. A PDF combines the pages; it is not a substitute for reviewing the source images.
Arrange pages like a paper document
Upload all scanned PNG files, then move them into the same order as the original document. Put cover pages, attachments, and signatures where readers expect to find them.
Keep an original copy
The PDF is convenient for sharing, but retain your original PNG scans in a secure location. This gives you a source file to return to if you need a different page order or a clearer version later.
